Big Hail Storm

We missed the Elie and Delta Storms but had our own at about 6:30 today. Our Garden and flower beds were tore to shreds from a hailstorm. It hailed with hail up to the size of a quarter for nearly half an hour. This hail was mixed with nearly an inch of rain and strong gusts. Although a lot of the damage is visible now, in a week or two it will even be more obvious. I think many plants may partially recover but they won’t be too pleasant to look at. At least it doesn’t appear that there is any vehicle or building damage. I am just thankful that I don’t make a living from what we grow as it would be very depressing right now. The following is a picture of some of the hail that fell.
